NO 1. Excavator electrical parts maintenance and inspection

1. Check the indicators, indicator lights, alarm devices, and lighting lamps. The indicators should be sensitive and correct. Within the normal working range, the indicators, alarm devices, and lighting lamps should work normally, complete and effective. , If there is any abnormality, find out the cause and troubleshoot.

2. Check the electrical switches and cables. The electrical switches should be in good contact, and the cables should be intact.

3. The starter and generator should work normally.

4. Check the battery, remove the dirt attached to the surface of the battery, and unblock the vents.

NO 2.  Maintenance and inspection of travel system

1. Check the travel reducer. The travel reducer should work normally, without abnormal noise, and clear the leakage. Before daily work, check the fastening bolts, and check the oil volume. If the oil volume is insufficient, add enough.

2. Check the walking brake. The brake should function reliably. Otherwise, find out the cause and eliminate the malfunction.

3. There should be no leakage of the counter-rotating wheels and supporting rollers.

4. Check the track shoes. If the fixing bolts are loose, they should be tightened. If the track slips, they should be adjusted.

5. The walking device should work normally, no abnormal noise, no deviation, no gnawing track, otherwise, the cause should be found out and the fault should be eliminated in time.

6. Check the installation bolts and nuts of each part. If they are loose, they should be reinforced. If there are defects, they should be supplemented.

NO 3. Maintenance and inspection of the slewing mechanism of the excavator

1. Check the slewing reducer. The slewing reducer should work normally, without abnormal noise, and eliminate oil leakage. Work daily and check the oil level. If the oil is insufficient, add enough. If the connecting bolts are loose, they should be tightened. solid.
